About Emilio Noble

Based in Land-o-Lakes, Florida, Emilio Noble is a talented entrepreneur who – currently in his career – is working as a consultant. 

Emilio Noble has been consulting for as long as he can remember. Throughout his career, any time he would find himself between jobs – whether due to shutdowns or layoffs – he would spend time advising and consulting other professionals in his life. 

After consulting for a while and seeing he had a knack for it, Emilio decided to pursue a career in consulting. He worked for a company that did consulting work and also ventured out on his own as a consultant, continuing to build his skills and expertise. 

When it comes to his career, Emilio Noble acknowledges that there are people who choose their career paths, who go to school and determine what they want to do with their lives. For Emilio, he truly believes that his career in consultancy chose him. It allows him to achieve all three of his goals in having a career: 1. A job in a career he enjoys, 2. A job where he can help others, and 3. A job where he can earn a living. 

What makes Emilio Noble an excellent consultant is his experience with the rise and pitfalls of entrepreneurship combined with expertise in multiple industries. As a skilled and experienced entrepreneur, Emilio helps other people bypass failing by drawing upon information in his career that has value for others and sharing valuable information. Instead of suffering fellow professionals to the cycle of trying and failing, Emilio has tried and failed himself and can advise others on where to go next and how to avoid failure in the future. As a consultant, he’s developed a career that allows him to be flexible and adaptable while working to advise others. 

Across his career, Emilio Noble has developed expertise in multiple areas, including market research, client retention, C-Suite Interface, client retention, strategic partnerships, consultative sales, pricing and contract negotiations, and team development. Alongside in-depth knowledge of consultation, Emilio also specialized in implementing effective marketing strategies to not only meet but exceed company goals.

After graduating with a degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology and aspirations of working in radio, TV, and advertising, Emilio began working in the corporate world, involved in Sales and Marketing. Eventually, he ended up working in the healthcare sector in health business marketing. 

In September of 2020, Emilio joined The Villages Health as their Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. In his new position, Emilio helps to manage and oversee all aspects of their patient-growth, marketing, and community outreach. 

Prior to joining TVH, Emilio worked with both the Medicare and Medicaid population in New York, New Jersey,  and Florida. In his tenure, he worked closely with brokers, HMOs, and managed care facilities. While in New York, he helped the Affinity Health Plan expand from two to 17 different countries. Emilio was crucial in developing and creating innovative strategies helping the company grow to be one of the largest health plans in the state of New York. 

While working in Florida, Emilio helped to make tremendous contributions to the healthcare program WellCare Florida and Physicians United Plan. With those organizations, he helped to lead the Tampa regional sales team which is one of the largest Medicare/Medicaid/CHP sales groups in Florida. When he transferred to the Orlando branch of Physicians United Plan, he helped to grow a team from 3,000 to 11,000 members in a single year.
